The Fowler Toyota Tulsa is seeking an Automotive New Car Sales Manager. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate a sales team, drive performance, desk deals, coach process, and create a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will understand modern automotive retail, embrace digital and AI-driven marketing, and be skilled in building culture while ensuring team accountability to results. This is an opportunity to lead a team, build something special, and sell more than just vehicles.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Superior customer interaction skills
  • Excellent negotiation abilities
  • Assertive personality and strong drive for success
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive sales management experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital retailing tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Desk deals and maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Drive lead management, appointment set/show ratios, and closing percentages
  • Work side-by-side with the team on the floor and online opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing on creative campaigns and community engagement
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and follow-up processes
