About The Position

Greenwood Fabricating & Plating is seeking a driven, customer-focused Manufacturing Sales Manager to help grow and support customer relationships in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role combines customer relationship management, sales coordination, business development, and operational collaboration to ensure customers receive exceptional service and on-time results. We're looking for someone who communicates well, builds strong partnerships, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a professional manufacturing setting. While this is primarily a first-shift salaried position, occasional travel and customer support responsibilities may extend beyond traditional business hours. Flexibility, professionalism, and responsiveness are important in helping us maintain strong customer partnerships and support continued company growth.

Requirements

5+ years of sales, account management, customer support, or manufacturing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills
Comfortable with periodic travel and overnight stays as needed
