Requirements
- 4+ years of automotive sales experience
- Clear understanding of the Road to the Sale
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Tech fluency: CRM, digital retailing platforms, Reconditioning systems
- A team-player mindset with the confidence to lead from the front
Nice To Haves
- management/finance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Salespeople in a value-focused sales process
- Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and daily engagement
- Own the floor — from customer experience to process execution
- Partner with the General Manager and marketing to drive sales traffic
- Monitor KPIs, manage CRM follow-up, and make sure every customer is treated like a VIP
