Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work in Biloxi, MS.
  • 5 years management experience is REQUIRED
  • New and Preowned experience is REQUIRED

  • Domestic experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed dealership goals.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales performance.
  • Manage sales processes, including prospecting, customer follow-up, and closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory, marketing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform management decisions.
