A Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction engaging the sales team to achieve company objectives. WORK TASKS A sales manager can be expected to perform the following tasks in this role as a routine part of the job: Manages and drives exceptional retail execution through strong team performance. You will oversee and manage the sales process with the team You and your team will prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders You will be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center Ensures timely and accurate order entry, inventory management and time keeping. Ensures quality, product rotation and customer standards are followed. Works 1-on-1 with team members to ensure all are trained and coached on current sales practices, monitors their sales performance and co-leads meetings as needed to model effective sales presentations and customer interactions. Collaborates with all sales team members to achieve company strategic goals. Monitors team results and adjusts strategies as needed for maximum results.
