Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
  • Understanding of manufacturing, milling, or related industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer relationships, including pricing, contract negotiation, and account development
  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities to grow the customer base
  • Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and pricing by monitoring market trends, supply and demand, and competitive activity
  • Building strong, long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their needs and objectives
  • Traveling to customer sites and industry events to support relationships and promote products
  • Supporting the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and co-product sales teams
  • Acting as a liaison between sales and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational alignment
  • Preparing and maintaining sales reports, customer data, and performance metrics
  • Supporting transportation and service coordination as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned
