About The Position

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling B2B financial service packages, including outsourced accounting, reporting, VAT compliance coordination, and other finance-related solutions to international clients. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, building client relationships, guiding clients through onboarding, managing your sales pipeline, and staying proactive in consultative sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B financial or professional services sales, such as accounting, payroll, outsourcing, BPO, consulting, VAT coordination, or finance-related SaaS solutions.
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear service proposals.
  • Experience working with corporate finance stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, Accounting Managers) or a strong interest in finance, accounting, or compliance topics with the willingness to learn VAT‑ or tax‑related processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain finance‑related concepts in clear, customer‑friendly language.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset and comfort in structured, relationship-driven environments.
  • Good English skills for communication with international clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Representing Baltic Assist’s financial and accounting service solutions to international clients.
  • Leveraging your network of CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, Accounting Managers, or other B2B financial decision-makers.
  • Identifying new prospects through events, referrals, and professional communities.
  • Collaborating with finance experts to prepare tailored proposals, scopes, and commercial offers.
  • Leading client conversations, negotiating agreements, and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Managing your pipeline and revenue forecasts in CRM.
  • Sharing market insights to help shape and improve service offerings.
