About The Position

Lewis Bakeries, Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager for the Huntsville, AL area. The desired candidate must be located in this area. The position is not eligible for relocation assistance. This role involves managing customer accounts, developing and growing customer relationships in a big box selling environment, and providing leadership to a team to achieve sales volume targets. The Sales Manager will also recruit, train, and develop a team of store merchandisers to meet customer requirements and expectations, as well as sales targets. Additionally, the role requires providing feedback to management for effective results, meeting and exceeding customer expectations by following company strategies, observing and reporting competitive activity within the territory and recommending solutions, and promoting safe and professional conduct among employees.

Requirements

At least three years of sales and management experience in a consumer packaged goods or direct store delivery environment.
Must be located in the Huntsville, AL area.
Subject to a drug test and background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities.

College degree is preferred.
