Assumes responsibility for achieving the annual sales and gross profit objectives of the sales territory by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate sales staff. Manages the sales staff, including hiring, training, developing, coaching, and performance management to build a first-class sales team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and solving problems.
