As a Sales Manager (Accounting & Tax Services), you will sell B2B service packages, including outsourced accounting, reporting, and VAT compliance solutions to international clients. You will actively build new business through outbound efforts, networks, and events, while collaborating with finance teams to prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales of tax, VAT, accounting, or outsourcing services, including practical exposure to these areas in a business environment
  • Proven experience in generating and managing a sales pipeline, including outbound and new client acquisition
  • Ability to run consultative sales processes and translate client needs into clear service proposals
  • Experience working with CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers or similar decision-makers
  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain business and financial topics
  • Goal-oriented mindset and experience working in structured sales environments
  • Good English skills for work with international clients

Responsibilities

  • Represent Baltic Assist’s accounting, tax, VAT, and financial service solutions to international clients
  • Leverage your network of CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, Accounting Managers, and other financial decision‑makers to generate business opportunities
  • Proactively identify and develop new clients through outbound activities, events, referrals, and professional networks
  • Collaborate with internal finance teams to prepare tailored service proposals, scopes of work, and commercial offers
  • Lead client discussions, structure solutions, negotiate agreements, and support onboarding processes
  • Manage your sales pipeline and revenue forecasts using CRM tools
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to support the development and improvement of service offerings
