Requirements
- One-call close experience in Exterior/Interior Remodeling is required.
- 3+ years in sales experience.
- 1+ year in sales management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach sales representatives, including running training classes and workshops.
- Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement.
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals.
