About The Position

Twin Lakes is seeking a proven and experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales operations and drive performance and growth across all sales channels. This leadership role is responsible for building and coaching a sales team that is accountable to performance expectations, disciplined execution, and a strong, predictable sales pipeline. The Sales Manager will take a hands‑on leadership role in shaping sales strategy and processes, ensuring daily sales activity aligns with organizational goals. This position requires a confident, results‑driven leader who is comfortable owning outcomes, setting high performance standards, and actively coaching their team to achieve measurable results, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting long-term organizational growth.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team.
  • A minimum of five years of professional sales experience is required, including at least three years in a sales leadership or management role.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated sales leadership experience will be considered.
  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, or related industries, as well as familiarity with CRM systems, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing a high‑performing sales team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing coaching, and driving accountability for prospecting, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance
  • Monitoring sales metrics and pipeline activity to drive consistent execution and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring accurate and consistent use of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Assisting with advancing and closing strategic sales opportunities
  • Collaborating closely across the organization to ensure effective sales execution and seamless customer experience
  • Recruiting, training, and onboarding sales team members in coordination with leadership
  • Representing Twin Lakes professionally in the community and at sales‑related events
