For over 25 years, we’ve delivered reliable, innovative batching, dispatching, and plant automation solutions that keep concrete producers running efficiently and profitably. We are growing — and we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead our sales team, elevate our processes, and drive revenue growth. As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales operation: pipeline development, team leadership, forecasting, process optimization, and strategic expansion. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to refine our go-to-market strategy and ensure our solutions reach the right customers at the right time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical B2B environment, understands industrial or manufacturing workflows, and knows how to build a high-performing sales department.
