About The Position

AST Defeasance is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing, coaching, and inspiring a team of sales associates, executing high-volume outbound strategies, building strong client relationships, and developing scalable sales processes. The Sales Manager will be responsible for tracking performance, identifying new markets, analyzing KPIs, and representing AST at client meetings and industry events. This is a lead-from-the-front role, requiring active participation in the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading sales teams with a track record of hitting or exceeding aggressive goals
  • Proven success in high-volume outbound / cold calling environments (required)
  • Strong leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and closing skills
  • Solid understanding of the commercial real estate landscape
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and data to drive performance
  • Passion for building, developing, and retaining top talent
