Position Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring the dealership meets and exceeds revenue targets. You’ll play a key role in shaping sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving profitability & market share.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales excellence
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve results
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Manage inventory levels and collaborate with other departments
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Stay up to date on OEM products, market trends, and competitor activity
