Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities such as inventory control, sales pipeline development, and customer follow-up.
  • Skilled in public speaking, outbound calling techniques including cold calling, and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends, inventory management practices, and retail math principles essential for success in this role.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster trust and loyalty among clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the automotive sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to high-end automobile markets, including upselling techniques and inventory management.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients through outbound sales efforts such as cold calling, B2B outreach, and networking events to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee inventory control and dealership operations to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability aligns with market demand.
  • Deliver compelling public speaking presentations at marketing events, community outreach programs, or dealership promotions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, ensuring a positive buying experience.
  • Support the marketing team in developing campaigns that target retail and high-end clientele while leveraging multilingual communication skills for diverse markets.
