About The Position

Icon Foods International is entering an exciting phase of growth as we expand into the United States. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our U.S. market entry and drive long-term business growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in launching and scaling our presence in the U.S. food market—specifically within the growing demand for gluten-free grains and flour products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within food, ingredients, wholesale, or distribution sectors
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and close deals
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, excited to help build a U.S. market presence from the ground up

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, including distributors, manufacturers, bakeries, and ethnic markets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across high-opportunity retail and specialty segments
  • Drive brand awareness and increase market share for Icon Foods products
  • Manage strategic accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and post-sale support
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales positioning and expansion strategies
