About The Position

As Sales Manager focused on Integra Pool Covers, you will drive aggressive territory growth in the Northeastern U.S. through proactive travel, lead generation, dealer recruitment, and hands-on partnership development. This field-intensive, primarily remote role—based out of our New Jersey Distribution and Sales Center—requires a true hunter mentality to prospect new opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and build enduring dealer relationships that promote Integra’s premium automatic pool cover solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the swimming pool industry or related fields (pool products, construction, distribution, manufacturing).
  • Proven success in dealer/channel sales, territory management, and new business development.
  • Experience thriving in a travel-intensive, independent role with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Hunter mentality with strong prospecting, lead generation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable using data, CRM tools, and market insights to drive decisions.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consultative approach with a dealer-first focus and assertive selling style.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).

Responsibilities

  • Travel extensively (70-80% of the time) to prospect leads, visit prospective and existing dealers, perform on-site product demonstrations, and close sales.
  • Actively source, recruit, and onboard new dealers (pool builders, retailers, service companies, and distributors) to grow the Integra Pool Covers distribution network.
  • Develop relationships with dealers through regular in-person visits, training sessions, and tailored support to maximize their success with Integra products.
  • Educate dealers on Integra’s automatic cover features, benefits, installation best practices, and competitive advantages.
  • Execute sales initiatives and leverage data to create business plans to increase market share and revenue.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings to generate leads, showcase products, and elevate brand awareness.
  • Serve as the regional subject-matter expert, monitoring trends, gathering market intelligence, and recommending solutions to drive sales and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and resolve dealer needs quickly.
