About The Position
Top notch dental company looking to fill a U.S. Sales Manager role. Develop and execute U.S. sales strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. Manage and mentor a complex team of direct reports to achieve individual and team objectives. Customers are general practice dentists, dental labs, government and academic facilities. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships in the dental industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years Director level or higher management experience in the dental field
- 3+ years dental sales experience
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable with frequent travel (40%–50%)
- Proven track record of success!
