As a Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and coach Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will build on our existing success and strengthen the team by bringing new perspectives, business acumen, and sales excellence. The role is key in ensuring that we continue to foster a transparent, collaborative, competent, and high-performing Sales Development team, in close partnership with other Sales Managers and Leadership teams. The Sales Manager role at Mentimeter combines line management responsibilities with team leadership. You will spend most of your time working closely with your team to exceed their opportunity creation and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) goals. Your responsibilities will also include tasks related to people management, such as development talks, employee administration, and recruitment, as well as tactics development and implementation. To thrive in this role, you should be motivated by setting and achieving ambitious team goals, developing and coaching others, and maintaining a structured approach to administrative tasks. Requirements

  • Experience selling B2B software solutions within the SaaS or a similar market.
  • Previous line management and team leadership experience within a Sales team.
  • A proven track record of managing customer and stakeholder relationships, as well as meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to work with data in a structured way to inform decision-making and scale actions for effective results.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; other major European languages are a plus (Swedish is not required).

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives, setting them up to achieve yearly targets.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach each team member to help them reach their full potential and drive high performance. Responsibilities include:
