Would you like to be part of the digital revolution in HR? 🚀 The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads, ensuring an excellent first experience for everyone interested in Humand. Their focus will be on understanding prospects’ needs, qualifying them correctly, and coordinating high-value meetings with the Sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in commercial roles or inbound lead management (SDR, BDR, Sales, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
  • Intermediate/advanced English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS companies (preferred, especially in HR Tech).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on inbound leads generated by Marketing.
  • Qualify opportunities through calls to understand context, needs, and customer potential.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with the Sales team.
  • Log and update lead information in the CRM in an organized and consistent way.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve inbound lead quality and conversion.
