Realty.com is hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing inbound demand. This is a high-volume, structured role focused on qualifying inbound leads, having productive conversations, and setting high-quality demos for our sales team. This role is not closing-focused and not full-cycle sales. Success is measured by consistency, follow-through, and execution. If you enjoy talking to people, can stay disciplined in a repeatable daily workflow, and want to build a long-term career in sales, this role offers strong training, clear expectations, and a defined growth path. This role involves a high volume of outbound calls to inbound leads. You will be on the phone daily. This role is: Inbound-only (no cold prospecting) Process-driven and highly structured Entry-level and training-focused A stepping stone to more advanced sales roles This role is not: A closing or Account Executive position Commission-only or high-ticket sales A “build your own book” role A fit for senior or full-cycle sales reps
