About The Position

The Sales Manager - On Premise role involves supervising assigned staff, managing budgets and financial performance, establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners, leading strategic planning and change management initiatives, and creating effective incentive plans. The position also includes other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related sales experience
  • 3+ years of management experience

Responsibilities

  • Supervise assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring, promoting, and, when necessary, disciplining or terminating
  • Strategically, manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs, aligning resources with the financial plan, optimizing cost control and driving achievement of financial targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure open communication and alignment on business objectives
  • Leverage feedback to proactively identify opportunities and lead strategic planning and change management initiatives to improve team performance and address evolving business needs
  • Create and implement effective incentive plans that align with strategic business goals and drive high- impact performance
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
