About The Position

This role offers the chance to lead a high-performing Mid-Market sales team targeting companies with 101–1,000 employees. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing a team of Account Executives, and shaping go-to-market strategies that balance high-value and high-velocity deals. This position requires hands-on leadership, operational insight, and the ability to foster a collaborative, results-driven culture. You will partner with marketing, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to optimize pipeline generation and accelerate deal flow. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, enjoys mentoring sales talent, and has a strong track record in scaling SaaS sales teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing SaaS sales teams in a growth-stage company
  • Demonstrated track record of driving $7M+/year in ARR contribution
  • Strong experience hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales reps
  • Skilled coach and mentor with the ability to identify skill gaps and deliver actionable guidance
  • Comfortable engaging with clients at executive levels without undermining team ownership
  • Operationally minded, with experience refining processes and tools in collaboration with Revenue Ops
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy, deal structuring, and the SaaS sales lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a Mid-Market sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Provide consistent coaching and mentorship to enable reps to achieve their full potential
  • Hire and onboard new sales talent in line with market demand and growth objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive pipeline generation and strategic initiatives
  • Support the team on key deals, including building executive relationships with clients
  • Implement operational improvements to accelerate deal flow and refine sales processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the product and market, providing guidance and advice to the team and clients
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes
