Alloy is seeking a Sales Manager for its Mid-Market Banking & Credit Union segment. This role sits at the intersection of fraud prevention, identity risk, and customer expectations in modern financial services. The sales motion is sophisticated, involving direct sales and channel partners. The Sales Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Sales and lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives, focusing on day-to-day execution, pipeline generation, deal strategy, Salesforce hygiene, forecast accuracy, and coaching/development. This role requires prior experience in similar management positions, including rigorous pipeline reviews, structured coaching programs, managing channel-influenced deals, and building AE confidence in a complex, regulated environment. Alloy operates a hybrid-work model, with local employees onsite three days a week to foster collaboration.
