About The Position

monday.com is looking for a Sales Manager on our Scale Mid-Market Account Management team to help us drive our success forward! As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing our account management team by providing expert level sales knowledge and coaching while also pushing for process improvement and strategically leading the team to exceed goals. The ideal candidate will value transparency and diversity, be driven to succeed, constantly curious, and have a passion for collaborating with, developing, and helping others. Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience as a B2B account manager (quota carrying)
  • Experience selling a suite of SaaS products to Executive level/practitioner stakeholders
  • Proven track record renewing customers on multi-year agreements
  • Strong handle coaching AMs on account prioritization, self-sourcing qualified pipeline, and mitigating risk across portfolio and pipeline
  • Success implementing, and measuring, an outbound motion to identify whitespace across customer portfolio
  • Comfortable operating in a high-velocity/volume Sales environment. Strong time-management skills.
  • Experience managing teams in a high volume sales motion, selling to SMB and MM customers.
  • Experience managing teams who own the full post sales customer journey including Commercials, Success Planning & Renewals
  • BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience
