About The Position

This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up business within Amazon Ads, and play a strategic role in building the future of local advertising. This is a key role in our Local Agency team. This individual will own the Eastern Region supporting Local Independent Agencies and Advertisers, as we create a new business and revenue stream for Amazon Ads. You'll be joining a fast growing, quickly evolving organization, where the ability to wear many hats and help across projects will be crucial. You are expected to inspire, lead, think and act both strategically and tactically for your customers, using your strong business acumen and experience selling digital advertising solutions to help your partners grow and scale revenue. You will lead a team of Agency Development Managers, who are responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with local and regional advertising agencies and advertisers, driving adoption of Amazon Ads solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in the advertising, media or agency landscape, and proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business

Nice To Haves

  • Working with diversified roster of Local Agency and Advertisers across the US.
  • Experience closing deals across small and large advertisers
