About The Position

Culligan Quench is seeking an energetic, hardworking sales professional to fill the role of Sales Manager, Key Accounts. This position involves leading a team of Key Account Executives and requires strong communication, organization, coaching, staff development, performance management, time management, internal relationship building, and problem-solving skills. The company's mission is to impact people's lives and improve the earth by helping to eliminate single-use plastic bottles through on-demand filtered water solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relatable management experience in sales or a sales environment highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Self-starter sales professional capable of operating within company guidelines and working cross-functionally.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a high-transaction, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel within the US.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
  • A great attitude; outgoing and approachable personality.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve overall team revenue quota.
  • Drive self-generated, outbound business growth.
  • Create a customer-oriented, high-performance sales culture.
  • Oversee and actively manage sales activities and key performance metrics daily.
  • Recruit, hire, evaluate, train, and manage the team within budget to exceed revenue objectives.
  • Develop and execute a vertical-focused sales plan, delivering monthly revenue targets.
  • Actively manage and drive funnel growth and provide reliable weekly forecasts to senior management.
  • Direct the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices according to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to grow sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
