About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in San Francisco, CA, to drive business development for our innovative product portfolio, including robotics, robotic components, energy storage systems, and solid-state transformers. This role will focus on expanding our presence in the U.S. market, particularly in the Bay Area, and building strong relationships with key customers in advanced manufacturing and emerging technology sectors.

Requirements

  • 8–15 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial, automotive, or high-tech sectors
  • Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic products
  • Proven track record in business development and new customer acquisition
  • Experience working with complex, technical products and solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform well under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in robotics, energy storage systems, or power electronics (e.g., solid-state transformers)
  • Experience working with global teams or international customers
  • Mandarin language skills is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the San Francisco Bay Area and across the U.S.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in robotics, energy storage, and related industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align customer needs with technical solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
