About The Position

We specialize in providing homeowners with top-tier roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and door solutions. Our mission is to redefine the homeowner experience by delivering quality, care, and compassion. We are looking for driven sales professionals to join our team and help us expand nationwide. The Sales Manager in Training role is a two-quarter program designed to equip individuals with the skills to become top producers and then transition into leadership positions within a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry
- Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
- Experience selling high-ticket products or services
- Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
- Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team
Responsibilities
- Master our in-home sales system
- Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
- Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
- Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic
- Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
- Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
- Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
- Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
- Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
