About The Position

CFIB is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and driven individual for a Sales Manager in Training role. This position offers a hands-on sales experience combined with structured leadership training and mentoring, preparing the individual to become a future Sales Manager. The role involves developing relationships with SMB owners, understanding their challenges, providing tailored solutions, and driving new business development within their own territory. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, driven, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
Proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
Approachable, outgoing, and able to build strong client relationships.
Motivated by purpose, eager to help small business owners, and thrive in dynamic environments.
Open to feedback, love learning, and take initiative to grow skills.
Comfortable with CRMs, iPads, digital presentations, and using tech to optimize the sales process.
Driven and goal-oriented, enjoying to win both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license.
Access to a vehicle.
Ready to be on the move in your territory.
