About The Position

CFIB is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and driven individual for a Sales Manager in Training role. This position offers a unique opportunity to start in a hands-on sales role with structured leadership training and mentoring from experienced managers. The role involves developing relationships with SMB owners, understanding their challenges, providing tailored solutions, driving new business development, and growing a territory with entrepreneurial ownership. The goal is to prepare the individual to become a future Sales Manager by mastering sales strategies, tools, and technology.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
Proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
Approachable, outgoing, and able to build strong relationships with clients.
Motivated by purpose, eager to help small business owners, and thrive in dynamic environments.
Open to feedback, love learning, and take initiative to grow skills.
Comfortable with CRMs, iPads, digital presentations, and using tech to optimize the sales process.
Driven and goal-oriented, chasing results and loving to win, both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
Ready to be on the move in your territory.
