Requirements

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be motivated and be able to effectively lead
Must be able to provide a high level of customer service
Must have strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell New/Used Homes using solid arguments to prospective clients
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs
Reach out to leads
Drive Leads through your Marketing efforts
Achieve sales targets, and appointments
Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors
Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training
