We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager, Corporate Sales to lead new business development and grow our presence within the corporate and institutional market. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and closing high-value deals that drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales or strategic partnerships, with a track record of closing high-value deals
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of competitive market dynamics
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics)
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% of the time (100+ nights per year)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (CE Operating System)
  • Accurately track account activity, performance, and forecasts
  • Drive adoption and sales of digital B2B ordering solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Assess customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions across product, service, and supply offerings
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Establish strategic partnerships that expand market share
  • Partner closely with the Director of US Military & Federal Sales & Corporate Sales to identify high-value target accounts
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to support pipeline progression and account execution
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Custom Shop, Inventory, Demand Planning, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and performance metrics
  • Provide insights to improve sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and execution efficiency
  • Contribute to internal analytics by maintaining accurate pipeline and demand data
