About The Position

The Club Channel Sales Manager supports the day‑to-day management of Jasco’s relationships with key club customers, including Costco and BJ’s Wholesale. This role helps drive growth by assisting with category expansion efforts, coordinating internally to support customer needs, and ensuring timely execution of strategic plans developed by senior sales leadership. The Sales Manager works closely with the Director of Sales and National Account Manager to help prepare presentations, gather category and market data, implement strategic initiatives and maintain strong operational rhythm with both customers and internal teams. Upon completion of the initial training period, the sales manager will begin executing direct buyer responsibilities, helping to advance growth in departments where Jasco has product expertise but limited sales activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or retail/consumer products preferred.
  • Skills in sales, consultation, negotiation, and cultivating client relationships.
  • Must be able to pitch products, category data and trends with professionalism and expertise.
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and respond appropriately and timely to internal and external customers.
  • Travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with POS tools such as Circana or PowerBI is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Account Support & Development Assist in executing the club channel objectives established by senior sales leadership, ensuring alignment with Jasco’s corporate goals.
  • Support development of account initiatives, including presentations, category management, competitive analysis, and overall customer follow‑ups.
  • Participate in pricing calls adding value and insight.
  • Work into direct buyer responsibilities, developing and expanding relationships in departments where Jasco possesses product expertise but minimal sales presence.
  • Sales Growth Support Help identify opportunities for product differentiation and category expansion within existing accounts.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to support senior account managers in identifying white space opportunities and in club hero product placement.
  • Conduct club visits, online research, and social listening to capture relevant competitor information.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination Serve as a liaison between sales, product management, marketing, and compliance to help remove barriers to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and accelerate Jasco’s Digital First Initiatives.
  • Review star ratings and share findings and next steps with the product and engineering teams.
  • Work hand in glove with product management to champion product development targeted at our club customers’ strategic initiatives of Innovation, Quality, Value, and Treasure Hunt.
  • Direct involvement with product management, supply chain and Jasco’s Asia team to quarterback customer direct import requirements for factory testing and audting.
  • Sales Plan Execution Help monitor progress toward sales goals by tracking reports, key metrics, and updates for Costco and BJ’s.
  • Support P&L‑related tasks by gathering data and assisting with analysis as directed by senior sales leadership
  • Relationship Management Support Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach while acting as Jasco’s customer‑facing liaison.
  • In coordination with the Associate Sales Managers, manage communications and project deliverables with precision, meeting all deadlines and consistently fulfilling commitments to our customers.
  • Product & Pricing Support Assist in collecting input for pricing including product specs, and competitive comparisons to support the pricing team and senior sales leadership with GPA analysis.
  • Category & Marketing Collaboration Work with Category Management to evaluate POS data, trends, and growth insights.
  • Assist Marketing in developing customer‑ready materials such as presentations, packaging details, pallet and working display content, and digital marketing assets.
  • Engage with Marketing to enhance and accelerate club Social Marketing plans.
  • Operational Coordination Lead Customer Service and Supply Chain to help track orders, timelines, and delivery status to ensure on time execution.
