About The Position

We are currently looking for a talented Sales Manager/Branch Manager to join our Mobile, AL team! Come work for an international leader in the $89+ billion-dollar janitorial services industry. As manager, you will oversee multiple departments. You'll be spending your days managing and growing our sales team, overseeing operations, and guiding and growing our franchise base. We are looking for a leader with a strong sales background, skills in problem solving, time management, and prioritization, and the passion to take the office to the next level. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the sales team.
• Oversee operations.
• Guide and grow the franchise base.
• Direct and motivate sales and operations teams.
• Work hands-on with the sales team generating new business.
• Work hands-on with the operations team retaining customers, problem-solving, and training the franchise base.
• Focus on selling new business and retaining customers.
