About The Position

This is a Sales and Management Training Program designed for college graduates, young professionals, or individuals seeking a career change. The program offers a unique opportunity to learn every aspect of the business, from inventory to customer service, through cross-functional rotations over an 18-month period. The goal is to prepare trainees for a sales or management role at The Granite Group. Rotations will include roles in Inside Sales, Heating/HVAC design, Counter, and warehouse, as well as exposure to Central Distribution, Ultimate Bath Stores, and business support functions. The program aims to help individuals align their strengths and interests, grow professionally, and thrive within a community that values service, integrity, entrepreneurial style, and professionalism. Requirements

College graduate (even in the last 5 years), a young professional, or someone just starting or changing their career
Motivated, focused, and driven individuals

Responsibilities

Learn every aspect of the business, from inventory to customer service
Spend time in each of the branch departments that make the company successful
Complete several cross-functional rotations over the course of an 18-month period
Work in various roles including Inside Sales, Heating/HVAC design, Counter, and warehouse
