About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This 10 to 12-week, full-time internship is scheduled to start on May 19th, 2027, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The pay is $17/hr. and the internship is located in the Decatur, IL office. Specific dates are required for eligibility: Tuesday, May 18th, 2027; June 7th-9th, 2027; and Thursday, July 29th, 2027.

Requirements

• Must be a current student working towards the completion of their Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of either August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start May 18th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available the required days listed in the posting: Tuesday, May 18th, June 7th-June 9th and Thursday, July 29th.
