Spring 2027 Sales Management Trainee Intern - Easton
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The Spring Internship aims to expedite career growth and serve as a head start on the Sales Management Training Program, providing the same training as full-time Sales Management Trainees. This internship starts at $16/hour and is located in the Easton/Bethlehem territory, with the flagship office at 2550-A Freemansburg Ave Easton, PA 18045. Other included locations are 1620 Stefko Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18017, and 822 Nazareth Pike, Nazareth, PA 18064.
Requirements
- Must be a Senior graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2027.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to start on January 6th, 2027.
- Must be able to commit to 10-12 week program working a minimum of 25 hours per week.
