About The Position

The Enterprise Sales Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, going beyond just a resume line. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The program is seeking rising seniors graduating by May 2027 for its Summer Sales Management Trainee Internship. This is a full-time position requiring 35-40 hours per week, with pay at $18.00 per hour. The position is located at the Dover branch.

Requirements

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating by May 2027.
• Must be able to start in an orientation class on Wednesday, 5/27/2026 or Monday, 6/1/2026 and work through Friday 8/14/2026.
• Must have a minimum of 3 months of collegiate leadership, military leadership or customer service experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
• Must be able to work at least 35-40 hours per week throughout the summer internship program.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license that is not in provisional or probationary status.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be living in Kent County for the duration of the internship.
