About The Position

This internship program is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will gain real-world professional experience, learning what it takes to run a successful business and acquiring marketable skills in management. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The program is seeking driven college students graduating in Spring 2027 who are available to work 20-25 hours per week throughout their final semester. This paid internship offers $18.00 per hour and is based in South Jersey offices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating in Spring 2027
• Available to start on Monday, January 4, 2027 and work through Friday, March 26, 2027
• Able to attend mandatory training on Monday, January 4th and Thursday, January 7, 2027
• Minimum of 3 months experience in Customer Service (retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry), Leadership (military, social, or academic organizations), or Sports Leadership & Competition (athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team)
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license that is not in provisional or probationary status
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the 12-week spring internship program
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
• Must be living in South Jersey for the duration of the internship
