About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship will help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship provides real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The Spring Internship is designed to expedite career growth and serve as a head start on the Sales Management Training Program, offering the same training as full-time Sales Management Trainees. This position offers a 3-month head start on graduating from the program and advancing in one's career. The internship starts at $16/hour and is located in the Stroudsburg territory, with the flagship office at 1425 N. 9th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Other included locations are 2671 PA-940 Pocono Summit, PA 18346 and 2493 Milford Road Ste 100 East Stroudsburg, PA 1830.

Requirements

Must be a Senior graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2027.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be able to start on January 6th, 2027.
Must be able to commit to 10-12 week program working a minimum of 25 hours per week.
