About The Position

The Enterprise Sales Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, going beyond just a resume line. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and fun. The program is seeking driven college students graduating in Spring 2027 who can commit to 20-25 hours per week during their final semester. This opportunity is based in South Jersey offices and offers $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating in Spring 2027.
Must be able to start on Monday, January 4, 2027 and work through Friday, March 26, 2027.
Must be able to attend a mandatory day of training on Monday, January 4th and Thursday, January 7, 2027.
Must have a minimum of 3 months experience in one of the following: Customer Service (retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry), Leadership (military, social, or academic organizations), or Sports Leadership & Competition (athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team).
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license that is not in provisional or probationary status.
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the 12-week spring internship program.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must be living in South Jersey for the duration of the internship.
