About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, helping interns stand out from the crowd. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The Spring Internship aims to expedite career growth and serve as a head start on the Sales Management Training Program, providing the same training as full-time Sales Management Trainees. This offers a 3-month head start on program graduation and career advancement. The internship starts at $16/hour and is located in the Easton/Bethlehem territory, with the flagship office at 2550-A Freemansburg Ave Easton, PA 18045, and other included locations such as 1620 Stefko Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18017, and 822 Nazareth Pike, Nazareth, PA 18064.

Requirements

Must be a Senior graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2027.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be able to start on January 6th, 2027.
Must be able to commit to a 10-12 week program working a minimum of 25 hours per week.
