About The Position
Hyundai of Kirkland is hiring a Sales Lot Attendant to help keep our inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, enjoys working outdoors, and has a strong attention to detail. As a Sales Lot Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an outstanding first impression for our customers by maintaining the dealership lot, moving vehicles safely, preparing inventory for display, and supporting the sales team with daily operational needs. Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move vehicles throughout the day
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities
- Move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot safely and efficiently
- Maintain organization and appearance of vehicle inventory
- Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery
- Ensure vehicles are properly tagged and merchandised
- Conduct routine lot inspections and report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns
- Assist with dealer trades and vehicle transportation as needed
- Keep showroom, lot, and inventory areas clean and presentable
- Support the sales department with various operational tasks
- Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
