About The Position

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant to join our growing dealership team. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our vehicle inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers—supporting our sales and service teams with day-to-day lot operations. Whether you've worked in automotive, retail, warehouse, landscaping, or another active role, we provide the training and support to help you build a successful career in the automotive industry.

Requirements

Proficiency driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Basic computer skills helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn—no dealership experience required
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active throughout the day
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Must be 21+ years old

Nice To Haves

Experience preferred but not required — paid training provided
High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and customer-ready
Track, manage, and photograph vehicle inventory with strong attention to detail
Maintain accurate digital inventory records
Conduct regular lot patrols to verify inventory accuracy and vehicle information
Move and park vehicles safely around the lot and showroom
Wash and detail vehicles so they look their best for customers
Assist with fueling and preparing vehicles for delivery
Help track and manage vehicle keys
Distribute materials and supplies to support smooth lot operations
Monitor for safety concerns and help maintain a secure, well-organized lot
Support sales, service, and management teams with day-to-day tasks
Take on additional responsibilities as needed
