About The Position

Tucson Subaru is hiring Sales Lot Attendants, and no prior automotive experience is required. This position is ideal for individuals eager to start a career in the automotive industry, learn the business from the ground up, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The role offers significant growth potential, with many Lot Attendants advancing into Sales or Technician positions. You will work closely with sales advisors and managers, supporting daily dealership operations while building valuable skills and experience. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to pass a criminal background check
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

No prior automotive experience required

Responsibilities

Perform check-in inspections of vehicles on the service drive and park them in designated areas
Pull vehicles up and deliver to guests upon completion
Provide quality customer service to guests
Other duties as needed to help support the Service and Sales team
