About The Position
Wayne Akers Ford is looking for a Lot Attendant/Porter to join our growing team! We are seeking a friendly, organized, confident individual with a positive attitude and a valid driver's license. The Lot attendant is responsible for taking care of the dealership lot, vehicles and customer cars.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must pass a criminal background and drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Safely driving and parking inventory, keeping new and used car sections neatly organized.
- Checking in new car arrivals, removing protective plastics, and applying display stickers.
- Washing, vacuuming, fueling, or detailing cars after test drives, service appointments, or prior to customer delivery.
- Shuttling customers or staff, picking up dealer trades from other locations, and running errands.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
