About The Position

The Sales Lot Attendant/Detailer is responsible for maintaining the dealership's vehicle inventory, supporting the sales team, and delivering a first-class presentation of every vehicle on the lot. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a fast-paced automotive environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous detailing, lot attendant, car wash, or automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, wax, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot.
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership property.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly fueled, charged, and ready for display or delivery.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist with vehicle merchandising and lot displays.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer deliveries.
• Maintain detailing supplies and equipment.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and standards.
• Support the sales and service departments as needed.
