The Sales & Lifestyle Events Coordinator is a hybrid position designed to strengthen ROOST White House’s sales infrastructure while activating the shared amenity floor for both ROOST guests and Accolade Apartment residents. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role serves as a force multiplier for the Senior Sales Manager through administrative and lead management support, while independently driving community programming that elevates the property’s competitive positioning. This position was created to meet ownership’s goal of activating and programming the amenity floor without drawing the front desk team away from their core responsibility of delivering exceptional guest service. Time allocation: 60% Sales & Administration | 40% Lifestyle Events Programming.
