About The Position

The Sales & Lifestyle Events Coordinator is a hybrid position designed to strengthen ROOST White House’s sales infrastructure while activating the shared amenity floor for both ROOST guests and Accolade Apartment residents. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role serves as a force multiplier for the Senior Sales Manager through administrative and lead management support, while independently driving community programming that elevates the property’s competitive positioning. This position was created to meet ownership’s goal of activating and programming the amenity floor without drawing the front desk team away from their core responsibility of delivering exceptional guest service. Time allocation: 60% Sales & Administration | 40% Lifestyle Events Programming.

Requirements

  • Manage and promptly respond to all incoming hotel leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion tracking
  • Oversee defined market segments including corporate extended stay, relocation clients, embassy, healthcare staffing, government accounts, and insurance displacement
  • Maintain and update the sales CRM, pipeline reports, and booking documentation to ensure accurate records
  • Prepare proposals, rate quotes, and follow-up correspondence on behalf of the sales team
  • Coordinate and confirm group and extended stay reservations in partnership with the front desk team
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, occupancy trends, and segment performance for GM review
  • Support the Senior Sales Manager with prospecting research, outreach lists, and meeting preparation
  • Assist with RFP responses and account management for key corporate accounts
  • Develop a monthly events calendar aligned with brand standards, seasonal themes, and resident/guest preferences
  • Source and manage local vendor partnerships to reduce event costs while maintaining quality programming
  • Coordinate logistics, setup, communications, and recap reporting for all events
  • Collaborate with Bozzuto’s property management team to ensure events serve both ROOST guests and Accolade residents
  • Leverage events as a lease-up tool by showcasing community to prospective Accolade residents
  • Track event attendance, feedback, and ROI to continuously improve programming
  • Secure sponsorships, brand collaborations, and in-kind partnerships to offset event expenses
